Abstract EN

This research studies an important aspect of Islamic legislation, viz.

the justification of judgments by Sahaba-scholars.

In Islam, justification of a judgment is considered crucial to solving the problems of jurisprudence, which is manifested in the Holy Qur’an, Hadiths and opinions of the Sahaba-scholars.

This research aims to examine Sahaba-scholars’ justifications of judgments in the Islamic jurisprudence pertaining to acts of worship, transactions and all individual and society affairs.

The most important conclusions of the research are: 1.

Given that judgments have justifications, these justifications may exist in the Holy Qur’an or be drawn by Sahaba-scholars.

2.

Justification of judgments by Sahaba-scholars indicates that Islamic legislation is based on what benefits people in all aspects of life, specifically with the spread of Islam all over the word.
