Abstract EN

As an independent administrative and financial institution, Al-Ahbas continued to play its social and economic role in the society, based on the recommendations of the loved ones and s ometimes by disposing of its property through rents, leasing, mortgage, netting, meeting, divestment, punishment and other forms of exploitation, thus contributing to the econ omic development that Morocco experienced during this period.

To establish the values of solidarity and interdependence that have absorbed relatively the social pressure an d sedition recorded by the periods of transition of rule, both in the era of the Saadian or i n the era of the Alawites after them.

The purpose of this study is to stand in the mo st important forms of exploitation of the property of Al-Ahbaz in Morocco during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries in the light of the many developments known by the Moroccan society, which have positively V and negatively affected the revenues of t he Foundation.
