Capitalization of human resources and knowledge economy : a model for creating human capital

Creativity and innovation are produced through the production of knowledge derived from human capital formation which is present the stock of competencies and skills and human capabilities that contribute to improve the competitiveness of businesses.

This activity aims at specifically to identify the processes leading to the passage from Human Resources Management to the capitalized human resources within the institution.

Therefore, we propose a model contain operations, which deserves to be highlighted for the conformation of human capital capable of facing the knowledge economy, taking into account the platform for the knowledge economy as a way to strengthen and enriching the article.
