Abstract EN

This study commences by introducing the purpose of the study, arguing that uttering the two testimonies of Islam should be once for all, and its impact on acquiring Islam in apparent matters not inward ones which leads to the conservation of money and blood among Muslims.

The rest of the article goes in four sections.

The first section deals with uttering the two testimonies once for all, and conservation of money and blood without restrictions or conditions.

The second tackles uttering the two testimonies once for all, and conservation of money and blood but with restrictions or conditions.

The third presents uttering the two testimonies with no conservation of money and blood before scrutinizing the case of the person.

The fourth deals with comparing these opinions for adopting the best one.

The study provides an important analysis with evidence for every opinion through explanation, study and discussion, pinpointing the strengths and weaknesses of each.

The study recommends the doctrine of “Ahl assunnah-wa-aljama’ah” which ascertains that uttering the two testimonies converts a person into a Muslim whose money and blood should consequently be conserved even if that person is not a true Muslim.

Judging people in the hereafter is left to Allah alone, based on inward beliefs and deeds.

Thus, the study concludes with the important findings and recommendations.
