Abstract EN

This study aims to introduce Abu Shama Almaqdasi Alshafi’i personally and scholarly, and also his jurisprudential project of the combination of jurisprudence and effect, and referring what is controversial to the Qur’an and other reliable sources.

The research is divided into three sections: the first deals with introducing Abu Shama.

The second is about the general properties of his jurisprudential aspect, and the third tackles Abu Shama’s (ultimate) project, namely “the entire science between jurisprudence and effect”.

The study, thus, concludes with the important findings and recommendations.
