English Abstract

The Study concluded to the fact that the electronic crimes, as the law did not provide for the criminalization of digital drugs, nor did the Jordanian legislator include the digital drugs in the tables of the Jordanian drug & psychotropic substances law, This has made the Researcher suggests a text project which may have a place in the electronic crimes Law : this research is represented by : 1- The Law panelizes whoever enters into the electronic sites for the purpose of uploading or consuming or possessing or acquiring digital drugs in any electronic way, by an imprisonment in no less than three months and in no more than two years or by a penalty in no less than one hundred dinars and no more than one thousand dinars or by both penalties, 2- Any who makes, promote or sells drug tunes to be panelized by no less than one year and no more than three years and by a penalty no less than one thousand dinars and in no more than five thousand dinars.

The researcher requests the Jordanian Jurist to include the digital drugs into the List of electronic crimes Law.

This Study contributed, through employing the Study Chapter and its various in this task, to responding to the questions that constitute the Study Mair axis as a whole.

At the foremost of such questions comes the question : Is the digital drug included in the List of the electronic crimes Law and Jordanian Drugs & Psychotropic Effects Law?.

The answer to this question made the researcher divide his research into three main chapters preceded by a theoretical framework for the Study and by a final chapter includes the conclusions and the recommendations.
