Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the factors influencing the use of "Internet Banking" in Sudan by developing a model extension for unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2).

The study tested a number of hypotheses that focused on the impact of these factors on the custumers usage of service.

The study followed the descriptive analytical method, where the primary data had been collected through the distribution of a questionnaire on a sample of actual users of the service in three banks in Sudan.

The most important study results showed that website quality, social Influence, facilitating conditions, and price value affect the intention of users of the internet banking service in Sudan.

The study main recommendations call for the banks to pay more attention towards improving the quality of their websites according to the different quality dimensions; as well as focusing on the segment of customers who widely used this service; besides targeting those large proportion of customers who have registered for the service and did not use it effectively
