Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة معلمي ومعلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى لمبادئ التعلم النشط في مدارس مديرية التربية و التعليم للواء بني كنانة تكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) معلما و معلمة.
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (40) فقرة.
و للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية لتقدير درجة ممارسة معلمي و معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى لمبادئ التعلم النشط في مدارس مديرية التربية و التعليم للواء بني كنانة، كما تم استخدام اختبار (T) و تحليل التباين الأحادي (ONE WAY ANOVA) لتحديد الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة.
و قد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة معلمي و معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى لمبادئ التعلم النشط في مدارس مديرية التربية و التعليم للواء بني كنانة كانت متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح (الإناث)، و متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح (البكالوريوس)، و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة.
English Abstract
This study aims to identify the degree of practicing of teachers of the first three grades in the principles of active learning in the schools of the education directorate of the Bani kenana district.
The study sample consisted of (300) teachers (mal/ female).
To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (40) paragraphs.
In order to answer the study questions, the means and standard deviations were used to estimate the degree of practicing of teachers of the first three grades in the principles of active learning in the schools of the education directorate of the Bani kenana district.
The (T-Test) and (ONE WAY ANOVA) have been used to determine the statistically significant differences between the averages of the individuals of the study sample.
The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing of teachers of the first three grades in the principles of active learning in the schools of the education directorate of the Bani kenana district was medium, The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the gender variable in favor of female teachers and the variable of scientific qualification in favor of (bachelor), and there was no of statistically significant differences attributed to variable years of experience.
