Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the attitude of employees in Qatari ministries towards the Human Resources Law of 2016, and the demographic and job-related factors that affect their attitudes.

Appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze data and test research hypotheses, including descriptive statistics to analyze sample characteristics, and other methods such as: ANOVA, T-test, and spearman correlation.

The main conclusions of the study were: Attitudes of employees toward the Human Resources Law of 2016, are generally positive.

The study recommended that, the continuation of the payment of the housing allowance after retirement.

The allowance is included in the basic salary, the employee receives the exceptional promotion if its conditions apply, and the receipt of the visa is not approved by the minister.
