this study aimed to identify the concept of social responsibility and its importance in achieving stakeholders objectives, and to indicate the most important dimensions that underpin it.

It also aimed to analyze of the social responsibility reality in the Saudi Almarai Company, which is active in dairy, food and beverages by analyzing its relationship with employees, consumers, shareholders, society and the environment.

The study has Resulted a fondamental result that Almarai Company was the first to embody social responsibility through attention to all concerned parties, especially those related to the community, where it adopted many free programs aimed at supporting training, education and the development of creative capabilities
