Abstract EN

The purpose of this research paper, is to examine the Disciplinary System of Judges in the Algerian Legislation.

The judge, in practicing his/her career is liable to commit mistakes that violate his/her duties of common law offenses.

And therefore, is subject to referral to discipline.

In viewing the judges specificities and status, the Algerian Legislation set up a special system for their disciplining.

Taking into account, on the one hand, the judge Independence and immunity.

And on the other hand, to be a deterrent to him and the others to do not commit such mistakes again.
