The Algerian legislator, by virtue of Order 15-02 of 23 July 2015, established a special route for the termination of the public proceedings, which was referred to as "mediation" as a preventive solution to resolve the dispute between the parties through the consensual agreement between them and under the supervision of the competent agent of the Republic.
