Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the level of occupational stress among a sample of midwives working in the public hospital at N'gaous in Batna state, consisted of 16 midwives, and to identify the significance of the differences in the level of occupational stress according to some personal variables.

To collect the data was applied Keyser & Hensez test.

After statistical analysis of the data, the study found the following results: The level of occupational stress among midwives is moderate; There are significant differences in the occupational stress between midwives due to variables: experience years, job grade and family status.
