Abstract EN

The current paper focuses on the concept of alienation at work, its effects and consequences on both individual and human collectivity.

We tried to explain what is « alineation at work » and discuss a sample of theories that had part in explaning its processus, and causes.

Then, concluded by some strategies that can overcome its effects.
