The study aimed to shed light on the qualification process for the hotel institution, it is considered the nerve of tourism development without which there is no tourism sector, and therefore we focused on the most important requirements for the process of internal and external rehabilitation.
In addition to the rehabilitation programs that targeted the tourism sector in Algeria.
Finally, we tried to explain the effects of the rehabilitation process on tourism development in Algeria.
The study concluded that the rehabilitation process is necessary for every hotel institution, in addition to the need to implement the national program for the rehabilitation of S&M enterprises in all hotel institutions
