this paper tries to approach the Lebanese-Israeli conflict from the economic point of view (water resources, hydrocarbon resources).
Taking into account, of course, the implantation of this foreign body called Israel in the Middle East (historical context).
Also the first chapter was devoted to the creation of Israel, a State drawn from nothing because having no foundation of any nature whatsoever (human, historical, cultural, ...
etc) in this region.
It must nevertheless be recognized that long-term work has been undertaken by the international Zionist movement, supported and supported by the colonial powers, particularly the British, at all levels (political, economic, military, etc.) in front of a "Arab world" dislocated, and under colonial control.
This unfortunate situation has encouraged the Zionist entity to have excessive ambitions and claims over the water resources and hydrocarbon resources of Chapter II.

le présent papier essaye d'aborder le conflit libano-israélien sous l'angle économique (ressources en eau ,ressources en hydrocarbures).En tenant compte ,bien sur ,de l'implantation de ce corps étranger appelé Israël au Moyen –Orient (contexte historique ).Aussi le premier chapitre a été consacré à la création d'Israël ,un Etat tiré du néant car n'ayant aucune assise de quelque nature que ce soit (humaine ,historique ,culturelle,…etc) dans cette région .Il faut quand même reconnaitre qu'un travail de longue haleine a été engagé par le mouvement sioniste international ,appuyé et soutenu par les puissances coloniales en particulier britannique sur tous les plans(politique, economique, militaire,…etc)en face d'un" monde arabe "disloqué, et sous mainmise coloniale.
Cette situation peu reluisante a encouragé l'entité sioniste à avoir des ambitions démesurées et des prétentions sur les ressources en eau et les ressources en hydrocarbures objet du chapitre II.
