تحضير و دراسة بعض المعقدات الفلزية لقاعدة شف جديدة مشتقة من تكاثف بارا N, N-ثنائي مثيل أمينو بنزلديهايد و 6-أمينو بيورين

Abstract EN

The research includes preparation of a new Schiff base ligand derived from condensation reaction of 6-amino purine with para-N,N-dimethyl amino benzaldehyde with reflux for 30 minutes with hiting .

Four complexes of a new ligand were prepared in alcoholic at pH=8.

The new ligand and it's complexes of the metal ions; Co+2, Ni+2 ,Cu+2 and Zn+2 were prepared and characterized by infra-red (FT.IR) and Uv-visible spectroscopy, atomic absorption, (C.H.N) analysis, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity measurements and chloride ion content.

All complexes were found to have the formula [M(L)2Cl2] .

The 1:2 (M:L) complexes showed octahedral geometry around metal ions .The molar conductance data revealed that the complexes were non-electrolytes.

IR spectra showed that the ligand was coordinated to the metal ions through the imine N and imidazole N.
