Abstract FRE

The study sheds lighton the issue of economic launching in Algeria.Through theinvestigation of its requirements based on Rostow Assumption.

The latter considers that the Economic launching is a normal step crossedby all the economic societies along with the path of the permanent development.

However, the difference terms of Assumption with Rostow is reflected by the fatality and the spontaneity of the development step as the latter needs basically a considerable level of economic performance of all the productivity sectors under the umbrella of a diversified economy.

The study concluded that the improvement of the Algerian economyperformance is based on the accumulation of the commercial balance surpluses justified by the stat of the oil prices in the international Markets;the issue that refutes the possibility for Algeria to follow the economic launching according to Rostow conditions.
