the study of human resources is an extensive one that articulate around the evaluation and improvement of the organizational performance using the human resources capabilities.
our current study is a scientific attempt to replace the traditional HR evaluation methods with the six sigma, as this method has proven it's efficiency in detecting errors in the production process with 3.4 per million accuracy.
we employed the correlation statistical methods to test out hypothesis in "algerie Telecom" company the moustaganem agency.
and the main results were R (correlation) equal 0.76 between the application of the six sigma method and the improvement of the HR performance in the study sample.

l'étude des ressources humaines est une étude approfondie qui s'articule autour de l'évaluation et de l'amélioration de la performance organisationnelle en utilisant les capacités des ressources humaines.
Notre étude actuelle est une tentative scientifique de remplacer les méthodes traditionnelles d'évaluation des ressources humaines par les six sigma, car cette méthode a prouvé son efficacité dans la détection des erreurs dans le processus de production avec une précision de 3,4 par million.
nous avons utilisé les méthodes statistiques de corrélation pour tester des hypothèses dans l'entreprise "Algerie Telecom" l'agence Moustaganem.
et les principaux résultats étaient R (corrélation) égale à 0,76 entre l'application de la méthode Six Sigma et l'amélioration de la performance HR dans l'échantillon de l'étude.
