Abstract EN

Freedom of belief occupies the utmost importance to human societies , as it often can't find a people or society is only humane and has a particular faith believes in it.

This arose in the importance of the people because they feel the need to link something beyond the physical world of concrete , absolute in his ability to do everything, which is the only way to achieve happiness in life.So from this point of view the first legislator Iraqi attaches great importance to this freedom in the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005 , where he sometimes referring to freedom of belief by constitutional provisions in general, and at other times not only that, but the text on this freedom explicitly in the texts of other constitutional .

The legislator did not stop at this point, but created many constitutional guarantees to ensure the application of the constitutional provisions on freedom of belief and non- compromised or violated.
