Abstract EN

The study looks into critical discourse in Jordanian poetry, with particular focus on artistic discourse.

It sheds light on Jordanian poets’ poetical criticism, which reflects critical and artistic creativity in the single text.

The study has tracked the critical opinion of the Jordanian poet through his poetry, since the objective of the study is to focus on poetry and not prose.

The study has addressed the most important critical issues embedded in the poetry of Jordanian poets, e.g.

clarity and ambiguity, pronunciation and meaning, old and new, poetical talents, etc.

in an attempt to study the vision and opinions of Jordanian poets regarding critical issues.

The study has followed a descriptive and analytical methodology, since it’s the most suitable for this kind of studies.

The critical poetic texts have been presented, followed by the formulation, discussion, and analysis of the poet’s critical vision of the poet.

The study has concluded that the Jordanian Poet is wellversed in critical culture.

A variety of critical issues is addressed in Jordanian poetry indicating the critical erudition of the Jordanian Poet.

The research has also observed that the Jordanian Poet, in his poetical criticism, did not aspire to establish a critical approach or methodology, but simple desired to showcase an artistic creativity that reflects his personal insight regarding various critical issues
