The character emerges in a social-cultural environment.

It is the result of a culture of a society and for certain environment and for a social life resulting from the reaction of many factors and various effects representing the duality of thought and reality in their argumentative and causing relation which depends on affect and effect so that we can easily understand the first through the second one and vice versa.
