The research aims to identify the basic concepts of Social Construction of Technology Model(SCOT) and the classify of societies according to their reliance on technology, and also identify the effects of technology on society and the media, and identify the assumptions of (SCOT) , in addition to identify the benefits of Social Construction of Technology Model(SCOT) in the use of technological techniques to improve media work, either the performance or content.
