• Monopoly has penetrated through all spheres of production.

Monoplists dominate markets causing various socio-economical crisis throughout most parts of the worked.

• The capitalism system tries, in rien to control and regulate it, utilizing a set of rules and procedures.

• Islam introduced several preventative and curement measures to cope with Monopoly when it occures.

All such measures are in the hand of the moslim ruler to apply it and enforce it against the monopolists.

•Among the economical impacts of monopoly, shortage of commodities from markets as a result of monoplist policy, aiming at rasing up the prices, to earn abnormal profits.

Monopolists, also, cause destruction to parts of production to minimize supply and increase prices, Thus, wasting and causing dispersement of natural resources.

Monoply contribute's , as well to the huge variation in distribution of income and wealth among society members.

The social effects of monopoly are reflected in instability and lack of security which are priomary factors behind crimes.
