This research paperaims to identify the analytic model and (DSM5) in the psychosomatic thought, whichare considered one of themost important reference approaches that have contributed to understanding and interpretation of the field of " psychosomatic ".

After identifying the concept of psychosomatic diseases, and also the specificity of both the analytical nosography and the current nosology (DSM5) of the psychosomatic disease, the main points of agreement and difference between the two models were presented, As well as their importance in guiding clinical and therapeutic activity through a conclusion.
