That corruption no matter how many concepts realizes the transfer of public property to private property unlawfully or illegally through tampered finances of the state, which means in the end the abuse of public office for special benefit, and that corruption impacts negatively on the development of society.

So you must fight against corruption in all its forms and strengthening transparency in all financial transactions and administrative, judicial and political community to provide a safe step towards progress and development - That shaped the thinking of a national supporter of transparency and anti-corruption is through attention to the need to develop a comprehensive strategy through which all actors in the country and activating the role of civil society organizations, the application of the principle of transparency to partnership contracts and appropriate legislation to enhance transparency, while strengthening the role of the Audit Bureau in this regard.

And must continue to develop anti-corruption strategy and the expansion of the scope of the regulatory areas which contribute to promoting transparency and fighting corruption.

- The anti-corruption strategy on the basis of the political will to combat corruption, to promulgate laws and regulations to ensure greater transparency and accountability, accountability, bridging gaps and sources of corruption, the creation of an effective system to serve the citizens, develop a culture of adherence to the right of citizens and promote cooperation between regulators of different data exchange.

- Corruption in the Arab region is a complex phenomenon and a variety of take no patterns include political corruption resulting from the imbalance in the distribution and separation of powers and its implications for negative effects on political life, and economic corruption and financial support resulting from the economic decision-making according to considerations of private interest and not according to the requirements of the public interest, in addition to Corruption in the structure of the executive and legislative bodies.

- That the fight against corruption linked to political will to activate a provision in the Arab societies in order to mobilize civil society to put pressure on policy-makers to adopt a clear and effective strategy to combat it.

The most important practical steps that should guide the efforts of Arab civil societies to achieve in the near term is to strengthen the role of Arab parliaments and activating the public pressure on governments to create independent commissions for elections autonomous from the executive branch as well as support and disseminate the concept of the electoral process and the ballot box as an essential mechanism for regular political life in Arab societies.

- This is the study and with all its display and analysis on the experiences of some Arab countries (Egypt - Saudi Arabia - Kuwait - Palestine - Yemen - Morocco) in the fight against corruption, as visions of the future to identify and promote the development of economic reform.

Achieve transparency.

Raise the efficiency of the administrative and government bodies.

Financial reform in order to create a financial control bodies appropriate authorities.

Independence of the judiciary.

A special law for international commercial transactions to ensure the right of each party.

Raise the level of awareness and culture of the people.

Renew and review existing laws to ensure the existence of an effective system to monitor corrupt practices within the borders of the state.

Which affects positively to the achievement of the national security of the Arab countries.
