Abstract EN

The research included four chapters, which included the first chapter on the problem of research, importance and need for it, and the purpose of research and limits and identify the terms contained therein, and the problem of research was determined by the following question م How does nihilism appear in conceptual art?.

In order to achieve the objective of the research, the researcher identified the study to include models of conceptual art, which included (art language, art of the body and the art of the earth).

The researcher dealt in the theoretical framework in the second chapter two topics, namely (The first topic - the philosophical thought of the concept of nihilism - the second topic - approaches to nihilism in conceptual art).

The third chapter included the search procedures.

The research society reached (50) works according to (12) works representing art language, (15) works of body art, (23) works of art of the earth.

The fourth chapter focused on the findings and conclusions, as well as the recommendations and suggestions.

The most important findings of the researcher are: (The concept of nihilism was manifested in visual discourse by abandoning traditional concepts and removing the artist from the familiar and overcoming the classical rules of the painting using new raw materials that are relevant to reality.
