In this study, the researcher seeks to highlight the role of the rule of continuing the labor relationship as a indicator of the decent work that each worker wishes and aspires to achieve, especially when the employer or institution is subjected to a transfer of ownership or management from one user to another.

The relationship of labor, on the other hand, raises the question of acquired rights in the case of a continuing working relationship which is often affected by the amendment.
