(Problems of the preparation of television programs in Iraqi satellite channels survey among the workers in the preparation of television programs in the Iraqi Media Network) 2018 The research focused on studying the problems faced by the programmers in the satellite channels (Iraqi Media Network) through a series of questions raised by the research problem, by uncovering the problems that endemic in the Iraqi media environment, in relation to the practice of media work and the freedom to choose Program Themes In addition, the study revealed the impact of the policy of the institution and the determinants of society and the public and the extent of compatibility with them, and what are the legal problems related to the application of the laws in force or not.

The study also extended to include the relationship of the workers in the preparation of programs with work colleagues and presidents in the work and identifying the security and economic problems of the employees.

The importance of this research is that it deals with the study of the problems of program preparation, which is one of the most important elements of attracting the public, and this research by studying the problems of the preparation of programs in the satellite channels of the Iraqi media , Highlights indicators and information to help officials in Iraqi satellite channels in solving the problems faced by all workers in television programs.

Especially as it sought to achieve the following objectives: 1.

Identify the problems facing the preparation of various television programs.

2.

Identify the most important indicators that make setup a successful setting ..

3.

Disclosure of social and professional problems that affect the media performance of the employees in the preparation of television programs, as well as their implications for the media practice.

The researcher followed the method of surveying as a guide to achieve the objectives of the research, because "the use of this approach contributes to the achievement of accurate results, and to obtain the necessary information used the researcher questionnaire tool and the scale in the same form.

The researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: 1.

The results show that employees of the Iraqi Media Network face a range of problems which can be divided into (occupational problems, economic problems, social problems, legal problems and security problems), but they vary in severity.

The responses of the respondents are consistent with the following problems: limited sources of information, difficulty in meeting with the heads of labor, interference in the work of different television departments, lack of specialization in television work, lack of specialization in work and overlapping of powers, The difficulties of obtaining information due to the imposition of secrecy by some quarters, the failure to keep abreast of the global technological development in the field of modern technology, and even considered it to be one of the biggest problems on the way to work with different ratios between one problem and another while the answers of the researcher The existence of problems related to the (lack of specialization of some directors in the television work) the existence of (courtesies in the distribution of information tasks), showing a high percentage in the Iraqi media network.

The fears of the respondents in the Iraqi media network are increasing from working in the preparation of television programs as a result of the lack of security stability.

The researcher believes that this is related to the nature of the Iraqi scene, which suffered over the past years a great disturbance and lost hundreds of workers in Iraqi media institutions their lives because of work because of the oppression of armed groups .
