The limited responsibility company is characterized by its own characteristics, so it does not need large capital, it is easy to establish at low cost and consistent with small and medium economic projects, promise to advance economic development and promote the national economy, is legal to regulate the provisions of this company, as a mixed legal quality society between partnerships and financial companies.
However, following the adoption of the new amendments to Ordinance 05-05, which included the 2005 Supplementary Finance Act and Law 15-20, which included the amendment of the Commercial Law, it is necessary to re-evaluate the legal quality of this company.

La société à responsabilité limitée à ses propres caractéristiques en ce qu'elle n'a pas besoin de grands capitaux, facile à établir à faible coût et conforme aux petits et moyens projets économiques.
C’est donc un moyen de développement économique du pays.
Cependant, après les amendements de 2005 (ordonnance 05-05 portant loi de finances complémentaire pour 2005) et de 2015 (loi n° 15-20 portant modification du code de commerce), il est devenu nécessaire de reconsidérer le régime juridique de cette société.
