Under the reform of justice and in line with international charters as well as the major legislature trends, the Algerian code of criminal procedure has underground several amendments in order to keep pace with these developments in the law.
From this point of view, the Algerian legislature, by virtue of law number 17-07 of 17 March 2017 amending article 06-055 of the code of criminal procedures, made very profound amendments to the structure of the criminal court.

Dans le cadre de la réforme de la justice et être conforme aux pactes internationaux, le code de procédure pénale algérien a connu plusieurs réformes.
L’une des plus grandes réformes structurelles adoptées, concerne le tribunal criminel, et ce, en vertu de la loi n° 17-07 du 13 Mars 2017.
