Abstract EN

This paper aims to reveal how the food industry in Algeria can be beneficial to joining the international trade areas and its influences over the production process, especially in terms of investment and consumption, towards a standard study based on building a standard sample whose goal is to measure that influence on the performance of the food industry section in Algeria, thus how to develop it in the future.

The paper concludes by examining the results of the study then explaining them economically, furthermore, proposes a set of resolutions to treat the observed anomalies through the paper results
