Since privacy is a vital issue that has to be permanently updated, its content has always been raising controversy.

the right to be taken a photo is an example considered by some people as independent of privacy whereas others claim that it is one of its features.

they argue that it is closely linked to it since it reflects its physical and psychological nature.

this can be noticed in the harm caused when this photo is used aggressively.

defending one’s right to not being photographed is easier for adults; however, when it comes to minors being spontaneously photographed at home, in street or in school, the issue of violating privacy rises significantly.

to what extent can photographing be considered privacy violation and in what setting? who is legally assumed to defend this minor’s case of violation? this can be enlightened after knowing the limits of privacy violation and the limits to which a minor can be asked permission for photographing.
