Abstract EN

This research concerned in the study of symbol and significance in design structure of Imam Yahya coins, because its importance in the highlighting of beauty elements reservoirs through the process of ordering and arranging items.

Based on a relationship organized the purposeful design style, which achieved through it the objectives of career and aesthetic.

This propose of this research was to uncover these symbols and clarify their significance.

To achieve this, the study was chosen intentionally in five models, such as each mode, one of which was the currency that remained silent during the period (1918-1948).

Following the descriptive analytical approach to achieved the goals where the study showed the scientific results with provided the researcher in the general design of Islamic coins, as well as the vocabulary of texts and symbols that were received, as the study showed the skill performance of the discussions in Yemen, where they highlighted their skills in implementing of lines according to their design output and suggested the stability of the old text, which executioner on the back of the coins was an undeclared motto of the state of Imam Yahya bin Humaid al-Din.
