This research aims to highlight on value management approach for search in work logic basis on which it’s basesd; With identification of execution center & timing; In addition to definition of its Implementations & Uses; As this research aims to praise the returns achieved from behind the adoption of this approach.

It has been reached out that product design stage is the critical stage in value management execution, & enable enterprise from absorption of overload costs; But the value management action remains valid across all the work stages, starting by supply stage until delivery stage; As may exceed the idea of functional analysis for products to the idea of processes analysis
