The climate changes facing the world today pose an important challenge, given the effects of global warming on the various dimensions and dimensions of humanity.

The problem of misuse of natural resources and environmental degradation has a clear impact on the weakening of economic development.

Several specialized studies, such as the Six-Nair Report on the negative effects of global warming on the economy and development and the report of the Intergovernmental Committee on Climate Change, have contributed to raising awareness of the seriousness of the challenge facing the world's economy and human society.

It is possible that climate change will leave the resources and sectors of the world in general and the Algerian economy in particular, and the impact of this on sustainable development, and the awareness of the state, institutions and individuals on the risks and alternatives to achieve sustainable development.

To try to present the most important efforts exerted by the Algerian state to confront the effects of climate change and to indicate the possibility of achieving sustainable economic and social development in light of the climate change factor.
