The focus of ishtighal (connection) in the context of prgmatics is to ensure the mechanisms of understanding and interpretation of the discourse.

These mechanisms are provided by language and its dynamism in the first place, and they include the reader and the listener along with the context.

The process of understanding the discourse, and how it works, mainly depend on the relational system between language, mind and reality.

Language is a system in which mental representations of meanings are given through tools that pragmatically form a world of virtual frameworks of mental spaces.

These represent beliefs, opinions, feelings, sensations, elements, information, and other relevant things in the universe.

They become similar or different depending on the structures encoded in the mind to ensure the coherence of the produced discourse in the context of pragmatics.

Thus, the focus of this paper is on the contemporary poetic text to study the similarity between the reality of the mind and the reality of the language on the one hand, and the reference to the projected world.

What is the relation between the language and the reality of mind in the framework of cognitive ishtighal? What is the role of mental spaces in achieving the pragmatic harmony of poetic discourse? Is the cognitive regularity of the discourse a purely mental process or are there external systems interfering?
