In order to qualify the national economic system to compete with foreign economic systems, the legislator adopted the issue of protecting competition within the market by adopting a policy and a law on competition whose main objective is to achieve the efficiency and competitiveness of the national economy and the welfare of the consumer.

If the conditions of competition in order to enter the markets of commercial transactions are framed by valid legal guarantees, it checks the balance between the state's authority to maintain the economic public order and the establishment of freedom of initiative and free and fair competition.
