Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the degree of the national standards for the professional development of teachers availability, in the classroom teacher program, in the faculty of educational sciences at the University of Jordan, from the point of view of female students teachers, in light of their GPAs.

The sample of the study comprised 50 female students.

In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was used.

The study adopted a descriptive approach to information collection.

The results showed that the availability of the national standards in the program of classroom teacher at the university of Jordan was high, domains arranged as follow: (implementation of teaching, ethics of the education profession, teaching planning, academic and pedagogical knowledge, assessment of students' education, education in Jordan, self development).

Further, the results of the study showed no significant differences according to the GPAs of students.
