Abstract EN

The insurance sector in Algeria defined both direct and indirect (reinsurance) several stations and a number of reforms along the lines of the rest of the economic sectors, which were caused primarily by the change in the economic pattern adopted by the state on the one hand and the controls imposed by the different economic policies.

the objective of this study was to focus on the position of the central reinsurance company because of its main function of reinsurance operations in the period 2000-2017, during which the sela in Algeria in general and insurance in particular identified a large package of reforms as a result of however, through our evaluation of the reinsurance policy adopted by the company, we found that it recorded a small contribution in the amount of compensation and commissions provided by the reinsurers compared to the size of the premiums waived.
