Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر ممارسات اخلاقيات الاعمال المتمثلة في ( دزاهة و شفافية الإدارة، استقلالية و موضوعية الإدارة امانة و استقامة ) على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية (الإيثار، صحوة الضمير، روح التسامح، الكياسة) في بنك القاهرة عمان حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة العاملين في بنك القاهرة عمان و البالغ عددهم ( 2088 ) جرى سحب عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة و بلغ تعدادهم (173) مبحوثا.
و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات تكونت من (35) فقرة.
و استخدمت العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية منها : الأوساط الحسابية، و الانحرافات المعيارية، و اختبار (٤) لعينة مستقلة، و تحليل الانحدار المتعدد و الانحدار التدريجي.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اثر دال احصائيا لجميع ابعاد ممارسات اخلاقيات الاعمال المتمثلة في نزاهة و شفافية الإدارة، استقلالية و موضوعية الإدارة المادة و استقامة ) على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية في بنك القاهرة في الأردن، و وجود تأثير ذي دلالة إحصائية لممارسات اخلاقيات الاعمال (نزاهة و شفافية الإدارة، استقلالية و موضوعية الإدارة امانة و استقامة في الإيثار، و صحوة الضمير و روح التسامح، و الكياسة في بنك القاهرة.
و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستمرار في تطبيق اخلاقيات الاعمال لما لذلك من انعكاسات إيجابية على شعور العاملين بالمواطنة التنظيمية.
English Abstract
This study aimed to measure the impact of business ethics practices (integrity and transparency of management, independence and objectivity of management, honesty and integrity) on the behavior of organizational citizenship, which consist of (altruism, conscience awakening, spirit of tolerance, civility) at Cairo Amman Bank.
Where the study population consisted of all workers in Cairo Amman Batik, who numbered (2088), a random sample was drawn from the study population and their number was (173) respondents.
The study used the descriptive analytical method, and the researcher developed a questionnaire as a data collection tool consisting of (35) items.
Several statistical methods used such as arithmetic mean, standard deviations, independent one sample (t) test, multiple-regression and stepwise regression analysis.
The study found that there is a statistically significant impact of all business ethics practices represented in (integrity and transparency of management, independence and objectivity of management, honesty and integrity), on the behavior of organizational citizenship in Amman Cairo Bank in Jordan.
In addition, the study found that there is statistically significant impact of business ethics practices (integrity and transparency of management, Independence and objectivity of management, honesty and integrity) in altruism, the awakening of conscience, the spirit of tolerance, and courtesy at Amman Cairo Bank.
The study recommend the necessity of continuing to apply business ethics in order to achieve organizational citizenship.
