At our site visit of some primary schools in Oran wilaya noticed that the average class size is about 35 to 40 pupils where the lack of ventilation and lighting in some classes, the use of tables, chairs and trays was not consistent and not adapted to their bodies therefore, they were obliged to take ill healthy seating positions.In addition to the weight of the binder the chide is forced to wear on his back (due to lack of healthy body at home, absence of sport teacher at primary school) , all these elements have allowed detection of skeletal differences in this period of childhood .

to this effect , research has been oreuted towards primary schools pupils aged 9 to 11 years in the eastern city of Oran in order to acquire a complete vision of the nature of their inclinisations and their level of spread and some indicators which instigate in trying to limit them.The research aims also at studying the impact of the balance between strings behind the muscle before and the spinal colon (back bone) .further more it aims at vest gating anatomical changes - functional and most physical which follow.
