English Abstract
This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the value of human resources services on the financial performance of educational firms listed in Amman Stock Exchange for the period 2007-2017.
The study population consisted of all educational firms listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (6 firms), all of them selected to represent the study sample.
The two approaches that were used for this study are descriptive approach and applied approach.
Descriptive approach studies the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variable in building the theoretical framework of the study through previous studies and related articles published in journals or books.
The applied approach is used to prove the hypotheses of the study through analysis of data collected from published financial reports and use of appropriate statistical methods, simple linear regression was used to demonstrate the impact of the value of human resources services on financial performance within educational firms.
It was found that there is a significant effect of the value of human resources services on financial performance in general, and effect of the value of human resources services on net profit specifically and there is no relationship of the value of human resources services on both the turnover rate of invested funds and market value.
Accordingly, the researcher recommended educational firms should pay attention to the value of human resources services because of its direct impact on financial performance.
It also recommended to apply Human Resources Accounting in the financial systems of the educational firms in Jordan.
