The phenomenon of drug addiction had gained a big amount of research , investigation and attention by researchers and interested people , by contrast the phenomenon of setback that remains in need for further research, because it constitutes a real obstacle to the possibility of achieving the desired objectives of treatment, the success of the latter subject is pawned to no addict relapse and his return to take again drugs after the end of the treatment period, the thing that requires the concerted efforts of scientists , researchers, psychologists , social workers, doctors and other actors in the field.
