Abstract EN

The study attempts an answer an the group questions about the position of Petroleum industry in international relations at the level of both reality and strategy .

Four considerations are discussed : The first point is about the characterizations of the petroleum industry.

Concerning the fall of Petroleum prices for most of the 1990’n period.

The second point explains the causes concerning the increase of oil prices from 2000 awards.

The third point raises the issue of the American energy strategy as well as the question of the geography map of world petroleum.

The fourth point focuses on the new operations of petroleum prices.
