Abstract EN

The Sura of Merriam is distinctive in terms of the sound syntactic and stylistic levels.

It is also distinguished by the order of the rhetoric and aesthetic level in which this holy sura is magnificently brought out.

Thus, I have decided to present the rhetoric level of this sura, in addition to the following two levels will be included because of their importance and aesthetic delight.

On the first level, I dealt with the rhetorical side, focusing mainly on the antithesis, pronominal–variation and repetition because such issues are the most characteristic of this holy Sura.

On the second level, I discussed the aesthetic figures found in the main axes such as the story of prophet Zakarya (pbuh), the birth of I'sa (Jesus Christ) and the story of Abraham (pbuh) and his father.

In addition, I discussed other aesthetic figures such as those describing people of the Hell, the Satans and the unbelievers, the pious and the evil and so forth.

Finally, I concluded the study with the most important results from the researcher’s viewpoint.
