TAOUNT fortress is known LALLA GHAZOUANAH in ihe public opinion, il is an archeological sile, some historical sources spook about it, and some archeological traces standing and witness a part of their history, that we ignore many parts, some their traces is buried under dirt, and others are lost but il is conserved in popular memory.

In present time, this archeological site suffers for ihe ignorance and negligence damages, this situation oblige us to protect and conserve this historical site.
