Developing countries in general and Algeria in particular were interested to SMEs of their ease of establishment and management, the lack of capital they need to establish, then to save goods and services within suitable prices for specific income workers, and it will be able to support innovation and renewal.

In addition to what it can contribute to the employment and reduction of unemployment rates, contribution to the gross domestic product and the establishment of value added.

Despite the great interested received by SMEs by the Algerian government, But it suffers from difficulties that prevent its development and growth in various sectors including the food industry, which is a very important sector in the economies of most countries of the world for its services focused mainly on the transformation of agricultural products into various goods that meet the needs of individuals on the one side and contribute to achieving continuous growth rates on the other side.
