Abstract EN

he objective of this study is to identify the business environment and its most important elements, and to address some governmental procedures in the business environment of the Arab Maghreb countries (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco), in order to identify the most positive and negative points that hinder the practice of business in the Arab Maghreb countries.

We used the analytical descriptive approach to present the reality of starting business index and Dealing with Construction Permits index, as well as Registering Property and Getting Electricity index for the Arab Maghreb countries (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco) during the period 2010- 2018.

also to determine role of some of these governmental procedures for the business environment in attracting investment Foreign direct investment to Maghreb countries (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco)
