Algeria has experienced like many other countries the industrialization as an engine to create a frequent growth but the reality of industrial sector now show an ambivalence between its performance and its cost that bearing in the past, this is due to the absence of the concepts of the adaptability with the internal and external requirements and more of that the dichotomy between real growth and the context of industrialization ; the findings of this paper ; report a lack of respect for the success of the industrialization rules from the outset was that made the Algerian industry working to curb the growth of long-term.
